Areas to avoid are Fletcher Ave area from Bruce B Downs to FLorida Ave (behind the University Mall), and Busch Blvd from 30th to Florida Ave, and East Tampa (east of Ybor and North of Ybor City ), and lastly Nebraska Ave.. Brutally, USF misses that traditional sports atmosphere (that’s changing quickly). We are building an on campus football stadium open by 2027 though.
