Outside of that I would argue that the complete jedi training of every single trainable character would be canon. They are after all the last remains of the Jedi after the Exile leaves at the end of Kotor 2. At the end of the day Kreia is a sith trying to bend reality to her whims regardless of who gets hurt. Same story as every sith who's ever lived. But she has a unique take on it. My overall point here is don't read too deeply into KOTOR 2. The game is designed to puzzle you and make you ask questions.
