The next 100 rounds of 365 FMJ, purchased directly from Sig, had 24 FTF. I purchased a box of RR Tactical FMJ from the range, also 115gr, and had no issues.

I have had issues with practice ammo misfires. there is a tap mark on the round and if I put it back in the clip it will fire. I get a misfire every 4th or 5th round or random. I sent it back to sig twice. they replaced trigger mechanism and trigger bar and its still having same issue.The Sig 320 stories are real. There is enough evidence on video and testimony from officers of self-ignition without any interaction. There is definitely something wrong in the fire control assembly. It tends to run closer to full power. The actual shape of the bullet nose at the opening can be picky, tho. One will never have an issue, another might.
