We’ve been going against killers running Thrill of the hunt but no other hex perks, at first there were some killers running NOED so I thought thrill of the hunt was for the dull totems but recently we’ve been going against killers with no other hex other than TOTH.

I've been running a hex build with Face the Darkness, Undying, Devour Hope, and Thrill of the Hunt on Wraith and been getting Devour Hope to fairly consistently activate. The trick is you need to not down the person who has it active. Keep track of who the totem is active on and try not to down them, but also make sure to apply it to someone ...It makes survivors take more time to remove each of your hexes. Them taking longer to do means they're also easier to protect. I like running it with Devour Hope, Undying, and Retribution. It also combos well with Plaything, because it makes everyone's hex totems take (up to) 50% longer to remove.
